Designed for gym owners and coaches that want to provide their members with a fun daily workout that focuses on General Physical Preparedness.

THINGS WE DO LOTS OF:

  • Squats, lunges and step-ups.

  • Power cleans and deadlifts.

  • Push press, strict press and bench press.

  • Full body strength and accessory.

  • Interval conditioning and partner workouts.

  • Classic Crossfit couplets, triplets, AMRAP’s and Hero workouts.

The primary focus of our training program is hitting some heavy squats, hinging and pressing once per week.

One to two days a week we include 'strength accessory' circuits, often focused on single leg/arm, strict gymnastics or core.

Conditioning is made up of a mix of interval work and classic 'AMRAPS' or 'For Time' pieces. I like to program a lower skill/loading day once a week to give those 'everyday warriors' the break their body needs.

Things we do less often is very high skill gymnastics and complex weightlifting. We touch on these elements, however from experience I have found that many members who want to focus on these things will often attend specialist classes, take PTs or are already following a program in open-gym.


SIGN UP OPTIONS

Option 1: Sign up via our FITR page and view the programming through the FITR app. Only the coach (or person who signs up) can see the programming on the app. We include a PDF file at the start of each week that you can download and then copy/paste the training over to your own website or preferred software.

This option includes a 14 day trial period and can be cancelled at any time through the app.

Price per month is €120.

Option 2: Sign up via one of the direct payment links below and you will receive the weekly training via email in PDF format. The weeks training will be emailed out to you no later than Thursday each week (for the following Monday-Friday training).

This option does not include a trial period and can be cancelled at any time upon request (via email). Once you pay via one of the links you will receive a welcome email from us within 48 hours and be ready to start with the following weeks training. This option is only available in 3, 6 or 12 month sign up.

  • Any gym owners or coaches that want to provide an effective and fun training program for their members.

    If your goal (as a gym) is to develop high level athletes with a focus on competition specific skills then my version of Affiliate programming will likely not be for you.

    I am programming for the everyday athlete that wants sustainability, balance and time-effective methods from their training program.

  • I always try to think of the logistics when programming for affiliates. Of course it is impossible for me to always get things right, so you may need to adapt te occasional workout to fit your space.
    But after working in 6 different gyms and visiting many I have a relatively good idea of what minimum equipment is available in most places.

  • Each session is around 60 minutes in duration with a maximum 35-40 minutes of content to allow for adequate coaching and set-up time.

  • We use the FITR Training app to deliver our programs. You will need to download the app (for free) and create an account.
    We also include a PDF version of the program each week that you are free to download and then copy-paste to your own website or gym-system.

  • Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time and will continue to get access to the program until your current payment cycle ends.

  • Training is updated by Wednesday for the following week and you can always see the full week of training in advance. (Remember that this is a small family-run business so sometimes life gets in the way and occasionally the training is not ready until later in the week)
