If your goal is to get stronger, fitter and leaner then the PREPARED FITNESS PACKAGE is for you.

The package is made up of 3 different training programs, allowing you to have an option every day of the week. The package includes:

HYBIRD is a functional training track and perfect for anyone that wants to develop strength, do fun workouts and get fit. This track posts workouts from Monday to Saturday and saves Sunday as a full rest day. This track ideally requires access to a functional training facility.

PUMP is our bodybuilding style track with the sole focus of building muscle and getting strong. This track has 4 sessions per week posted on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays however you can move the days around as needed. This track ideally requires access to a gym with a variety of traditional machines.

SWEAT is a pure conditioning track which can be great if you want to get in some simple but effective machine or running work. The sessions are usually 45 minutes long and require access to some cardio machines and some common gym equipment.

COMMON QUESTIONS……

  • The fitness program is aimed at anyone who wants to get stronger and fitter. I would suggest that you have some prior experience in the gym but you certainly do not need to be a 'high level athlete'.
The sessions are all relatively simple (do not confuse that with 'easy') and each movement has an attached demonstration.

  • You will need access to a fully equipped gym to get the most out of this program.

  • Each session is around 90 minutes in duration but some days are more like 60.

  • We use the FITR Training app to deliver our programs. You will need to download the app (for free) and create an account.

  • Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time and will continue to get access to the program until your current payment cycle ends.

  • Training is updated by Wednesday for the following week and you can always see the full week of training in advance. (Remember that this is a small family-run business so sometimes life gets in the way and occasionally the training is not ready until later in the week)
