We use the FITR TRAINING web based application to deliver all of our programs to the athletes. The platform is one of the biggest in the world and has some unique and amazing features that make your athlete experience both hassle-free, personal and exciting.

HUGE COMMUNITY

OF ATHLETES

The Prepared brand has gone global over the past year, with athletes from over 30 countries using the programming. We have a very active private Facebook group with over 400 athletes communicating on a regular basis. We discuss workout results daily so you never feel like you are alone in your training.

In Sweden alone we have over 150 athletes following Prepared Programming and we are constantly trying to get out and connect with the community through our Training Experiences. These are free events that bring our community together for a day of competitive training in our signature Prepared style.

Throughout 2021 we will be looking to expand out Training Experiences outside of Sweden and across Europe.

THE PREPARED.COMPETE
PROGRAM

The Prepared.Compete Program is our flagship program and is what most of our other programs stem from in terms of style and inspiration. It is designed for athletes who either already compete in Crossfit or have aspirations to compete in the future. We believe that the Prepared Compete program is completely unique in design, with the daily training being centred around one main session and then including up to 4 optional training blocks each day that allows you to mould your training to fit your current needs and level without having to jump between multiple programs.

CROSSFIT GAMES Appearances

Over the 2018 to 2022 seasons we had 19 athletes qualify for the Crossfit Games with the help of the Prepared Program. This included 4 podium finishes in Sanctional events and an 8th place finish for Team Prepared at the 2019 Crossfit Games.

WHAT’S IN A DAY OF PREPARED COMPETE?

 
 

MAIN SESSION PART 1 AND 2

As you read above, the Prepared.Compete Program is unique in it’s design. We program in a way that allows athletes of all levels to use the same program. Each day is centred around a ‘Main ‘Session’ that has two parts and last between 60-75 minutes on average. For some, this main session is plenty for a days training and for others it makes up 1 of their 2 or 3 daily sessions. The main session usually includes some form of strength/skill work and then a some form of workout. Our style of programming has taken years of trial and error but the end result is now a program that has a great balance of intensity across your training week which allows for all year round competitive training without burning out. Every session we program has a purpose and we try to educate the athletes on that purpose through detailed session notes and scaling options.

STRENGTH

The strength extras include squats, deadlifts, weightlifting accessory and strongman work and allow athletes to bias their training towards strength development.
 

ENGINE

Our engine sessions are ideally done as a operate session of the day and include all types of machine and bodyweight work. The sessions are well balanced across the week and compliment the energy systems already used in the days main session.

GYMNASTICS

This block includes 10-20 minutes additional work with a strong focus on capacity development and positional strength. The sessions are designed to compliment the days main training.
 

ACCESSORY

Often done as a finisher for the day, this 10-15 minute block is great for injury prevention and working on the ‘small’ muscle groups that often get over-looked in the compound movements.
