BODYWEIGHT CORE
This is a 6 week program to help you build and define your core muscles with the use if just your bodyweight or some very common home equipment. Each session is just 10-15 minutes and can either be done as a stand-alone training program for those of you who are short on time or it can be added to the end of your usual training routine.
The sessions are simple and easy to follow but be warned, they are going to BURN!
